6th-12th Grades 

We believe that God’s call upon this institution is to honor Him through academic excellence; to educate the whole person to love God with their whole heart, soul, mind, and strength for their whole lives. For this reason we have developed the following secondary program here at OCA.

The secondary program at Okeechobee Christian Academy has been developed to promote higher learning and critical thinking skills. The curriculum was developed in correlation with the Florida State Department of Education standards.

The secondary program at Okeechobee Christian Academy will give students the basic skills needed for the acquisition of knowledge, for comprehension, and for the application of what they have learned, through guided independent study of topics and themes as directed by their teacher. 

The secondary program at Okeechobee Christian Academy will give students the basic skills needed to analyze, synthesize, and evaluate what they have learned through classroom interaction, lecture, discussion, and debate.
